Terms and Conditions

You acknowledge that the Platform is currently in an early access and development phase.

• Non-Binding Interactions: Where the Platform indicates "Waitlist" or "Preview" status, clicking "Approve," "Submit," or "Place Order" serves as an expression of interest and does not constitute a binding purchase contract or a financial obligation until the Platform enters its full commercial trading phase.

• Representational Accuracy: Visual previews generated by our proprietary AI and rendering engine are digital representations. While we utilize advanced technology to ensure high fidelity, we do not guarantee that the physical garment will be an identical 1:1 match to a digital render in terms of color calibration, fabric drape, or texture perception.

The Platform contains proprietary content and technology that is protected by intellectual property laws.

• Patented Technology: Aspects of the TVC Threads Platform, including but not limited to our proprietary camera-assisted measurement capture and automated garment-fitting algorithms, are protected by patents and/or pending patent applications.

• Ownership: Unless otherwise indicated, the Platform is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, and graphics (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us.

• Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise discover the source code or underlying algorithms of our patented technology.

TVC Threads provides bespoke, made-to-order garments tailored to specific user data.

• Measurement Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of measurements provided. Whether input manually or captured via our patented camera-assisted tools, the final garment will be produced based on this data. We are not liable for ill-fitting garments resulting from inaccurate user-provided data.

• Cancellations: In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to "goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised." Once production has commenced on a bespoke item, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

To access certain features, including saved measurement profiles, you may be required to register.

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Prohibited Use: You may not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree not to circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Platform, including those that prevent or restrict the copying of Content or patented processes.

In no event will The Vibe Circle Ltd, its directors, or employees be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of your use of the Platform.

While we take every precaution to ensure the security of our "Privacy-First" architecture, users provide data at their own risk. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us (or £100 if no purchase was made).

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Platform at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Platform.

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of England and Wales. You and The Vibe Circle Ltd irrevocably consent that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
